Confused to take decision - to switch the company
Hi I’m working as SDE at GIVA. My current salary is 10LPA and i got hike of 7% which is unsatisfactory in this product based company and I felt no respect to me and contributions to wards company. I m multiple projects as fullstack Dev. Now I have offer 16LPA in non it company called universal robots which is group company of teradyne. Here confusion is:- Universal robots: +ve: 1. Hybrid, 2. 60% hike -ve: 1. Only stick to angular no further exposure like fullstack 2. Should work at least 2 years because constancy 3. No guarantee of hike 4. Non it culture GIVA: +ve: full stack a lot of exposure 2. 30days notice period -ve: no respect 2. No recognition 3. No competitive pay 4. Fast pacing work Complex thing is consistency of working like I left my 1st company after 2 years then I left my 2nd company in 3 months and now GIVA is my 3rd company completed 1.3 yrs here., so I resign and join universal robots in probation period if I get another better company with good package so if I leave universal robots then I loose the consistency right.. will it effect my carrier to join mnc like Cisco etc..,
Any feedback on GIVA? Is it really popular?
