Writing in the shadows
I've always wanted to start writing on LinkedIn, but I never felt confident enough. I’m not famous, nor have I done anything extraordinary..just living a pretty normal, mediocre life. But there are moments from my childhood that feel special to me, and sometimes, after work, I just want to vent about random things. So here I am, with an anonymous identity, drafting a few posts in my Word document, finally preparing to share my thoughts.
Fronx or Venue
I am confused about which car I should go for in the petrol segment. Fronx[10Lakhs]: felt less confident while driving and the seat is quite low so I wasn't able to see the bonut though the mileage is quite good[18-22]. Venue: Drive experience was amazing, comfort was nice, but mileage is 15-17.
Confluent Salary Structure and stocks
Anyone aware of confluent salary structure and stocks. I recently got an invite for an interview for the position of senior security engineer. The base seems promising but stocks seems to be pretty low. I was informed that the stocks would be 30% of annual CTC vested over 2 years. But the HR was unclear about stocks. She also mentioned 30% stocks is annual value and will get refresher at year end. Kind of very confusing. If anyone from confluent can help here to make it more clear for me.
