Should I do an executive MBA from IIM?

I am confused if I am the right candidate for the program. I don't have a solid reason for pursuing this course. My thoughts: 1. How will this degree help me in my career growth? 2. am I already earning more than what usually is earned by a passing out MBA grad? 3. I will get married in the next 2 years, and I want to get done with any additional degree before that. 4. What if my career growth hit some blockers just because I didn't invest some time and lacs into this degree. About Me: I have 4 and half years of experience as a Data Engineer. My academics are phenomenal (10 CGPA in 10th, 78% in 12th(99 percentile State Board) and Gold medalist in Btech with CGPA of 9.2 from new IIIT. Experience: ZS, Flipkart, Grammerly Current role: SDE2 / L2, will be promoted in next 6 months Salary: Cash component: 35LPA+RSU( projected to reach 40LPA + more RSU) in next 6 months) Pls, this post is not to brag. I am asking for genuine advice on why one with such a portfolio should join an MBA degree program. My motive is just lying in how it will increases my earning potential along with career growth.

Realising the Power of Allignment ✨

Today, a snapshot from a few years ago resurfaced on my Snapchat Memories. It's a reminder of a tough time a couple years ago when I felt lost and uncertain about my future. My life lacked direction, and my goals were a distant dream. Not to brag but despite the challenges, I'm proud of my perseverance, resilience and determination I showed. 🧿💪 In a moment of quiet reflection, I penned this note to myself, capturing a fleeting thought, and snapped a picture, and totally forgot about it. Life had other plans. Things improved over time, and now I'm in a much better place. Today, I stand at a point of progress and promise, grateful for the journey that has shaped me. The lesson I've learned, hard-won through experience, is the power of alignment. When our thoughts, feelings, and actions converge towards a goal, things work out. When you focus on what you want, you attract it into your life. It's astonishing to realize how the universe has subtly shaped my character, instilling the very qualities I once yearned for. This is just the beginning. There's a whole lot more to achieve, a lot of things to do and a lot of places to be, still. Each day, I embrace gratitude for the present moment, recognizing it as a stepping stone towards my aspirations. Grateful and blessed, but aiming for more!

Do you keep a "brag sheet"?

It's basically a document where you keep track of all your work wins, new skills you've picked up, projects you've nailed, and any positive feedback or awards you've got. Super handy when you need to update your resume, prep for interviews, get ready for performance reviews, or ask for that promotion. I started using one recently, and it's a gamechanger. Got any tips on making it more effective? Maybe some cool hacks to keep it organized or things to definitely include?
