Need Suggestions: Multiple Offers in Hand – Which One to Choose?
Hi everyone, I’m currently at ₹10.5L fixed CTC at Deloitte with 4.5 years of experience and actively exploring new opportunities. I’ve received a few offers and some are in the final stages. I’d really appreciate your thoughts on which one might be best from a growth, compensation, onsite potential, and long-term brand value perspective. Offers / Discussions (Sorted by CTC): 1. LTIMindtree (Client: HW Kaufmann -USA) • Final offer: ₹20.5L fixed + ₹1.5L joining bonus • Role: P2 Grade, designation: Senior Software Engineer • Job portal listed it as Specialist Software Engineer, so possible mismatch • Question: Is P2 fair for 4.5 YOE at this package, or should I push for P3? 2. CGI (Client: CIBC – Canada) • Initially, I was in discussion through a vendor for a contract role (they were offering ~₹22L), but things didn’t go well between the vendor and CIBC. • Later, the CIBC manager and CGI director themselves reached out to me directly, and now CGI is handling it directly as a full-time role. • Final offer: ₹17.5L fixed + 5% variable (3% company share + 2% annual bonus, no conditions) • Full-time with CGI, deployed to CIBC (their strategic client for over 15 years) • They also mentioned a realistic onsite opportunity (Canada) once it opens • Negotiation summary: Option 1: ₹16L fixed + ₹1.5L joining bonus Option 2: ₹17.5L fixed with no joining bonus → Finalized on ₹17.5L fixed + 5% variable • The director mentioned going for ₹22L+ might cause billing issues in this setup 3. Next Link (TCS Client) • Offer in progress for ₹18L fixed • Selection done, the role is for a TCS client project 4. GSPANN • Offered ₹16L fixed, ready to release offer immediately if I confirm joining in July 5. Capgemini • Offered ₹13.5L fixed, standard offer Ongoing Interviews: • EY – L1 & L2 cleared, pending HR/client round • Persistent – L1 today • Metacube – L1 today Would appreciate your thoughts on: 1. Which offer looks best for long-term growth, especially if onsite (Canada) matters? 2. Is LTIMindtree’s P2 level reasonable for 4.5 YOE at ₹20.5L + ₹1.5L joining bonus? 3. Would you choose CGI (CIBC) over higher paying offers, assuming onsite to Canada is realistically possible in the next 6–12 months? Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
