Choose between Mindtickle and Zinier?
I have offer from two companies Mindtickle and Zinier. CTC offered by Mindtickle is 3.5 lacs extra than Zinier. Mindtickle has appraisal coming in 8 months where I would be eligible for hike as well. Mindtickle was established in 2011 and has a team of 10-11 people with proper hierarchy and process. Zinier is comparatively new company established in 2015 and has a small team of 4-5 people with opportunity to grow more in future. Zinier has said that they can't match the CTC from the other offer. From the company culture perspective not really sure about both. Which company to choose?
