HORRIBLE customer service and food quality from Eatclub!

I've been a long time customer with Eatclub and rarely had issues with them. Loved their dal makhani and fast delivery. But recently the quality of food has deteriorated, and I've had couple of orders with contaminants like hair, paper, etc. in the food. Goes to show how clean their operations are. I feel like most of their curries also use the same curry base and taste the same these days. When I filed complaints they were rude, dismissive and blamed me for the complaints. Never ordering from them again! How has your experience been with Eatclub? Also please suggest good dal makhani spots in Bengaluru <3

People order 2k-3k worth food, so 5oo is a small cac. Moving forward, what do u think about foodtech space in India, Tam is huge but so many firms already there and food n relationship are two stuff ki if it's bad u will not go back to the situation again.
