Would love to know: Rough CTC range (fixed + variable) Industry (product, consulting, startup, BFSI, etc.) Location (metro / non-metro) Company name if you can share Not here to judge anyone’s package — just trying to get a feel for market trends and how pay varies across sectors and cities.
