Retention & Refunds Analyst

Sectigo is a leader in certificate lifecycle management seeking a Retention & Refunds Analyst in Chennai. This role involves end-to-end tracking, validation, and processing of refund requests within a technical support environment. The successful candidate will leverage Salesforce and internal order systems to ensure accurate refund execution and audit compliance. This is a full-time, onsite position requiring strong documentation skills and policy enforcement capabilities.

• 2+ years experience in billing operations, refund processing, or order management
• Experience working in a case management and SLA-driven environment
• Ability to verify orders and manage certificate status
• Ability to manage customer orders, cancellations, and refunds
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline

Established mid-stage product company in the cybersecurity/CLM space.
