What you will work on

Must haves
- M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Photonics, Physics, or Materials Science
- Background in photonics device physics and packaging
- Experience supporting NPI programs from concept through volume production
- Knowledge of GR-468, Telcordia, JEDEC, MIL-STD standards
- Proficiency with reliability modeling and statistical analysis tools like JMP or Minitab
- Hands-on experience with reliability test systems and failure analysis tools
