Planning to Switch to Product based company

I work in one of Big 4 companies as a front-end developer. I am currently learning the backend as my project doesn't have any FE work. There are lots of politics now in my team as compared to the previous year, i was denied a well-deserved promotion for some weird reasons, and the hike was low too. Decided to do bare minimum work now and focus on studying for switch. Could anyone please help on how to get started on preparation for DSA and what other things to focus on to secure a product based company? YOE -6 Skills - PHP, React JS, JAVA. Have working experience on Automation testing as well.

Management is too manipulative!

The company pushed a massive narrative about an industry wide crisis in the last few months by claiming severe margin pressures My manager told me that he was explicitly instructed to paint a grim picture of the market, create subtle job insecurity and make us handle the workload of three people. Later, the company quietly reported record breaking quarterly profits. Good folks are burning out specifically backend engineers. Salaries of a lot of experienced devs are stuck below 28 LPA. They have started a new internal push called extreme ownership which just means doing the work of absent colleagues but with zero extra pay. Weekend on call duty is now standard and working late nights is treated as the bare minimum. The management is spinning an elaborate lie where they want us to sacrifice our personal lives for their fake survival story. There is absolutely zero empathy left in this place. The internet reimbursement is a total joke which is 600 INR per month. That does not even cover a basic broadband plan in any metro city. Also making strict 9 hour office presence mandatory from next Tuesday.
