Stable established company with a very generic and minimal job description providing little scope detail.
The JD is extremely vague with very limited details on responsibilities beyond basic mobile development tasks.

Zensar – Repeated short allocations without client onboarding (Need advice)
Hi everyone, I joined Zensar in the last week of January and was allocated to an MMC project for 15 days. After that, I moved to bench briefly, and now the same allocation is extended till month end — but still no client interview, onboarding, or credentials. Manager says profile is shared and waiting for client confirmation. Meanwhile, I’m being advised to prepare for other internal Azure DevOps opportunities (Pune etc.). A few colleagues mentioned that repeated short allocations sometimes indicate uncertainty in client confirmation. I’d like to understand: • After such repeated short-term allocations, what usually happens? • Is this a red flag or normal client ramp-up process? • Should I push strongly for other internal projects now? Looking for practical insights from those who’ve experienced similar allocation patterns. Thanks.
Zensar Bench – Internal vs External Job Search Advice
Hi everyone, I’ve been on bench in Zensar for about 1 month now (joined recently). Currently hearing that Azure openings are limited, and internally they are suggesting to consider other cloud roles (AWS/GCP) or even relocation to Pune for better opportunities. 👉 My question: Should I focus on internal opportunities (other cloud / other locations)? Or is it better to start looking outside immediately? Would really appreciate suggestions from people who’ve been in a similar situation. Thanks 🙏
