Assistant Director/Section Head (Operations and Implementation Support)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking an Assistant Director/Section Head for the Operations and Implementation Support section. The role focuses on securing mission-critical Air Navigation Services systems against complex cybersecurity threats. Responsibilities include system architecture review, compliance management, incident response, and leading cybersecurity project implementations. The position requires a background in systems engineering and information security within large-scale ICT environments.

• 8-10 years of experience in system project implementation and cybersecurity compliance
• Experience in ICT infrastructure or network implementation
• Experience managing cybersecurity projects
• Domain knowledge of information security governance and risk management
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
