I have a Remote offer with a company called EventBrite, which is paying well as well. And another offer from Indian unicorn startup (Glassdoor has terrible reviews on work life balance). Should I just accept a remote job roam around India. Do a lot of Staycations, meet a pretty girl. Will my bgv fail because of company 1 as i dont have relieving letter where i worked for 4 months in non-IT company after that i worked 8 years in 3 IT companies where i have all clean exit. Please help me on this query.
