KnowBe4 is seeking an RFP Specialist to manage the completion of International RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for their global sales and customer success teams. This role involves coordinating with internal legal and InfoSec departments to ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining a central data library. Candidates must be proficient in office suite software and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position is located in Bengaluru and supports global customer requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience working with government related entities
• Proficiency with Gmail and Google Docs
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word and Excel)
