At a senior role (VP) in a services consulting firm. Firm made revenue of around 10-15 CR. Currently earning 45 LPA fixed + 5 variable after 8 years work ex. What's the kind of hikes which are standard in services based business? I expect a 20% hike year on year of I perform well. Is it too much to ask or too less.
