CTC Expectations for 2.5 YOE Full-Stack Switch (Java + React)

Hi everyone, I’m currently working at EY with 2yr+ experience. Initially trained on Java, Spring Boot & React, but due to limited client exposure , spent a significant time on the bench and recently working on internal projects involving frontend (React) and AI/SDLC automation use cases. Planning a switch to a full-stack role/Java/React dev. Current CTC is ~5 LPA with a 3-month notice period. Looking for guidance on realistic CTC expectations and profile positioning in the current market. Also how to deal with the NP.

Thoughts on Performance Engineering?

I’ve heard of Performance Engineering or PSR in some companies. It’s usually bundled with SRE (DevOps) and it ideally works on auditing the non functional performance throughout the SDLC. Is it a good field? Thoughts?
