Frustrating Flipkart experience
Hello. I ordered the Vivo X200FE at the launch offer on Flipkart on 30 July. The promised delivery date was 1 August. The product reached my city on 31 July only. And from that day Flipkart is literally playing with me. The product is just traveling from one hub to another for 5 days. I raised an issue with the Flipkart support but they are just giving me rubbish reasons for the logistics issue. I can clearly see it on the app that the parcel is in the delivery city but just going from one hub to another and returning to the same place. As I booked in the launch offer I have got an extended warranty and a good discount on it. And BTW it's a prepaid order. I suspect that they want me to cancel the order from my end that's why they are playing. There is literally no support from them. It's been 120 hours and still they are pasting the same message that our team is working to resolve the issue. What can I do in this situation, please suggest. Can I go to consumer court? Your suggestions are really valuable for me. Please suggest what I can do in this situation. Thanks in the advance.
