Motivation for Interview prep
Hi guys, I'm thinking of starting interview prep but not able to get motivation for doing so. My current company has slowly started becoming toxic and the pay disparity among the employees of same level is huge. Although the pay thing was not a major issue few months back, the toxicity has started affecting me. Now coming back to the point, being in bangalore, doing daily WFO, I'm not able to find time during weekdays and on weekends either I'm exhausted or occupied with some household work.
