Hi I’m a software engineer with 4yoe … Working in service based company of course with NP of 90 days… I’m constantly applying for jobs, reaching out to recruiters, referrals, cold emails but my profile is just not getting shortlisted or any response or my profile is under review… I have been wanting to quit since 2nd year of my job in the same company but due to financial commitments I wasn’t able to do so… Now that i have cleared most of my commitments I want to quit but of course with a job offer… Updated my notice period to 60 days even then I dont seem to get any response.Am I missing something?
