What the hell is happening with the Nobroker app?
I was looking to buy a house on nobroker. I took a paid plan. Suddenly I was not able to take any owner's contact. They say it's a technical glitch. But it's been more than a month and now RM and the support team is not even entertaining. To give some background.. We are seeing houses at our pace and had taken a plan 3 times. I did not take any help from RM as they eat up your time on the phone. So one of the RMs had said if I do not give my requirements my account will be closed. I had raised a complaint on this and my RM got changed. I got calls 3 times from unknown persons asking if I have some leads and they want to buy a house. (To check I am a broker or what). Is my account suspended cos they think I am a broker? If so they have a really redeculus business strategy.
Stay or Switch?
I’ve been working at Deloitte for 10 months and 4 months went on for training, worked in project for 3 months, but now there are no projects, no response from RMs or coaches, and, most importantly, no salary hike(Few on bench got 16% hike). Should I consider changing jobs, or should I stay?
