Hi , My brother is a 2016 mechanical graduate he took 6 years to prepare for different government jobs and finally landed at HDFC where he has to go through a 1 year mba program from Manipal University, He completed his mba did his job for 1 year and realised he is not a good fit for a Sales job . He then started his IT career and worked in an IT organisation for 1 year then got an offer from another hence resigned from the current one , the new organisation revoked offer as the job market started getting bad bad , he is working as an intern in a startup now , and looking for job simultaneously , he is getting selected in tech round but in HR round getting rejected because of this gap , please suggest how to overcome this issue and if there is any referal or job opportunity please do let me help with the same.
