Investment Management Compliance, Director (AVP) /Vice President

Morgan Stanley is seeking a compliance director for the Asia investment management team based in Singapore. This role involves advising on regulatory matters, drafting policies, and ensuring compliance across various Asian jurisdictions for both private and public side business activities. The successful candidate will manage regulatory risks, handle audits, and contribute to regional compliance programs. A minimum of 8 years of compliance experience in financial services is required, with a focus on investment management.

• Bachelor's degree in Legal, Accounting, Business or Finance
• Minimum 8 years' compliance-related experience in a financial institution or regulator
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the investment management industry
• Strong understanding of investment management industry
• Knowledge of regulations and rules in Asia
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
