Solid leadership role in an international industrial firm with clear operational responsibility and regional ownership.
Well-defined leadership responsibilities and expectations for the India site, though technical stack requirements are naturally abstract for a GM/MD role.

Are there any NGOs that plant trees?
Over the last couple of weeks, heatwaves have been bringing down hellfire on north india. Water is 24/7 hot, AC are running continuously (i know not good for environment), going out feels like a punishment. I know this will not change in one day but every small step matters. I want to contribute/donate some money to some genuine NGOs that will plant trees and take care of them until the plants become self sufficient. Please share some if came across such NGOs. P.S. - I would encourage to other folks in doing so as well.
