Must haves
- 7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation experience
- 7+ years of engineering/support for x86 offerings like VMware, Microsoft, and Citrix
- Proven track record engineering and supporting highly available Citrix environments
- 5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
- In-depth knowledge of on-premise hypervisors and SQL
- Understanding of enterprise datacenter technologies including Networking, Security, TCP/IP, SAN and NAS
Tools and skills
Nice to have: windows 365, aws workspaces, nerdio, igel, az-104, az-140, aws certified sysops administrator, aws certified solutions architect.

And also received a call from NTT data and they were saying 16LPA along with 10% variable and they were upfront saying that there cant be any negotiations on this and 3 days WFO and also need confirmation that i wont get retained and no other offer will be entertained, Is this right approach?
