Automated Screening Process
With an increase in the number of AI tools that help companies screen candidates (effectively, or so they say), how comfortable would you be with a tool screening your resume or taking your first round of interviews? If you aren't comfortable, is there something that the tool can implement that would make you feel comfortable?
Feeling lost in applying job
Applying through LinkedIn, referrals but no calls for initial screening. Someone has any idea how to apply to get calls
Got a CCPC (Chinese ICPC) finals HARD question in Google Screening round
Found the question on Codeforces. It was a Div 1 E ๐ I get it, itโs Google but this level of question in a screening round is atrocious. I have seen people getting asked 2 pointers and here I am with this. Was able to figure out the approach, and write some code to tie things end to end, but it was too hard to solve in 40 mins. Anyone else in the same boat as me?
