Manager / Senior Manager / Assistant Director (Data Strategy)

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking a manager-level professional to lead data strategy, governance frameworks, and data sharing initiatives across the aviation ecosystem. The role involves setting data policies, managing data lifecycle governance, and ensuring compliance with government and industry regulations. Candidates must have experience in data governance and strong stakeholder management abilities. The role operates within a 3-year contract structure with potential for permanent placement.

• 5–8 years experience in data governance or data strategy
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and policies
• Familiarity with IM8 and PDPA
• Experience in data quality management and metadata design
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have: cloud computing, data warehouses, data pipelines.
