india's cast system
guys , I have some questions about India's caste system. Firstly, who do you think is responsible for the caste system in India? Secondly, was the condition of Dalits worse before or after the arrival of the British? And thirdly, is the society developing in such a way in 'New India' that the caste system seems to be reducing?
Tcs system engineer C1 for 2.11 yoe
Hi any folks from tcs , I've just received an offer in hand from TCS giving the above role at 7LPA in Bengaluru. I badly wanted to switch as I'm now having a helpdesk role in my current project and they are not giving project release too but actually I'm a java backend developer. Please share your thoughts on whether do we get domain specific role like Java and if I'm crossing 3 yoe will I get higher bands than C1 for better advantage.
