Hello Friends hope you all are doing well. I have offer from two different companies Company name Creditsafe technology 1. Product based company. 2. Work from Office 3 days / week(Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday), If you miss one day then you need to cover in next week or same quarter (3 months), we need to cover 39 days / quarter If something comes like festival then you need to go office next week or whenever in the same quarter, HR didn’t said it first, she explained the things on day 2 joining and initially when they are selecting they just said 3 days WFO. 3. Need to maintain 7-8 hrs in office excluding lunch. 4. Travel time is 1.5 hours no transportation provided. 5. Took my original certificate SSC and they are saying that it’s with every one because if a candidate drop then they won’t again go and hire new employee so for safety reasons they are taking. 6. Food cost is too much 170-180 rs meals Final offer they have given 15CTC, offer letter is released once I have submitted my certificate. Company Y is Capgemini 1. 1.5 hrs (metro) + 20 mins more to office. 2. Offer 14.50 they have given 3. Service based company. 4.I got it from HR that we need to go 12 days for office but flexible. 5. Company provides transportation at least one way Please help me with your opinions on this I have joined first company
