Solid role at a well-known global brand with clear responsibilities, though in a retail-domain technology unit rather than a tech-native company.
Clear requirements, specific stack, and well-defined responsibilities for a QA role.

Can anyone please respond
Which offer to accept
Hi Everyone, I have been confused a bit lately. I'm an SAP ABAP Consultant; YOE - ~8 years. I have 2 offers - 1. Deloitte USI ; compensation - 22 LPA fixed + 10% VP = ~24.2 LPA - high work pressure, bad WLB but great learning 2. Ralph Lauren - 25 LPA fixed and no VP - good WLB, fixed timings and chill culture but as it's dedicated to one industry, learning is limited. Which one shall I consider to go for. Your suggestions would be appreciated.
