How do you make peace with that you don't have any talent ?
Lately I've been wondering about this a lot. I have a 5 YOE in software industry but I'm still not where I wanted myself to be. I've switched 2 times during this time and still not satisfied with my career. I always landed mediocre opportunities with no scope of growth. I though maybe it was my luck but then I wondered my friend from college who started at similar baseline like me and is now well established in his career. Have great prospects ahead with international opportunities. This got me thinking maybe I don't have any talent like him. How does one make peace with this ? Any suggestions ? Because this thing has been eating me and I'm always thinking I wasted my last 5 years.
