Not gonna mince my words today. If you get an opportunity in this company, do not join. Credvest is located in Domlur and has two verticals- F&B and Real Estate, while the later is their main mode of revenue. No TL;DR please. These pointers might help you dodge a bullet! How they treat people: 1. Zero flexibility. You punch in at 10 am sharp and have to stay till 6 pm even if your work is done for the day. 2. They will deduct your salary for being late more than 3 times in a month but will make you stay after 6 pm consistently without any overtime pay. 3. Higher management pannel will give excuse of the tenure of their work experience but knows nothing. 4. You'll have to wait for an eternity to receive the incentive. 5. Project planning is a myth. 6. Hierarchy will be explained in terms of food. Senior management (read CEO and chairman's pet) will be given snacks + beverage in proper cups & plates. Mid level/juniors are allowed to use only paper cups. They'll make it clear on your face, lmao! 7. Unpaid leaves during probation and they'll rebuke you if you take a sick leave. 8. They'll hire you at one role and will make you do other jobs at a lower pay. How the CEO & the Chairmam behave: 1. CEO Siddharth Renganathan is the most bad-mannered person. He screams, shouts, and lashes out whenever he wants anywhere. 2. His pets are his most favorites. You seek for help he won't be there and will refer his pets. His pets will definitely not help you and you'll be blamed. 3. Siddharth is rude and doesn't even spare his mother in front of everyone who's also an important member of the board. 4. The Chairman Suman Naidu thinks he's the ringmaster but he's the real clown. Has zero marketing knowledge but behaves like the Ogilvy leader. 5. They don't even know how to speak in a corporate. There was a woman at an advanced stage and Siddharth was banging tables like a hooligan and rebuking her. Insane! 6. If you take a sick leave they will say that you remain busy and do not work. 7. Siddharth humiliates everyone in front of the team, on the floor, on calls, and so on. 8. Siddharth also does not have any marketing ideas but has 100% enthusiasm to involve in it and overrule potential plans that he does not understand.
