From Relatable to Regret: The Fame Fade-Out

Ever notice how some content creators start out killing it—think hilarious stand-up, relatable YouTube vids, or spot-on skits—then fame hits, and it’s like they lose their magic? From picking odd projects to churning out meh content, here’s a few names that vibe with this shift. No shade, just real talk! Munawar Faruqui: His underrated stand-up days were gold—sharp and fresh. Post-fame? The projects feel off, and that old spark’s fading. Miss the OG Munawar? Kusha Kapila: Kusha’s early content was a riot—funny, positive, relatable. But after the Bollywood leap, it’s like the charm’s gone. Anyone else nostalgic? Elvish Yadav: Loved this guy’s roast videos and energy! Then Bigg Boss happened, and now it’s just controversy after controversy. Where’s the Elvish we stan? Ranveer Allahabadia: His old videos hit home—super relatable. Now it’s podcasts with repetitive, unscientific claims that make you zone out. Who else stopped watching? Fame’s a wild ride—some creators keep it real, others lose their edge. What’s your take? Got more names who went from “wow” to “why”? Drop ‘em below! 👇

Cto fired senior engineers and wants complicated frontend

Just landed a mid-level full-stack job in Bangalore through an agency that brings foreign companies here. But, plot twist - my CTO, who's abroad, axed the senior frontend devs and now wants me to handle some complex frontend stuff. To be honest, frontend isn't really my forte, and these overseas senior devs are super into code quality and reusability, not just churning out features. Feeling a bit in over my head and could really use some tips on how to up my frontend game, especially to meet those high standards. Any advice or resources would be awesome!

Concerned by junior devs being over reliant on Chatgpt

The lack of critical thinking these days is driving me nuts. I've got a few people on my team who've somehow BS'd their way into roles they can't handle. They can't do anything that takes more than a minute of actual thought. It's like all I get is copy-pasted ChatGPT output for the simplest questions. Makes me seriously worried about how they will get better over time (as a lot of us did). We're churning out folks who can't think for themselves, and it's scary as hell.
