Must haves
- 10+ years software engineering experience in systems or endpoint engineering
- 5+ years in engineering management or tech lead role
- Experience leading teams of 8 or more engineers
- Deep expertise in macOS, Windows, or Linux kernel-level development
- Proficiency in C/C++
- Proven ability to own complex technical problems end-to-end
