Today, a snapshot from a few years ago resurfaced on my Snapchat Memories. It's a reminder of a tough time a couple years ago when I felt lost and uncertain about my future. My life lacked direction, and my goals were a distant dream. Not to brag but despite the challenges, I'm proud of my perseverance, resilience and determination I showed. 🧿💪 In a moment of quiet reflection, I penned this note to myself, capturing a fleeting thought, and snapped a picture, and totally forgot about it. Life had other plans. Things improved over time, and now I'm in a much better place. Today, I stand at a point of progress and promise, grateful for the journey that has shaped me. The lesson I've learned, hard-won through experience, is the power of alignment. When our thoughts, feelings, and actions converge towards a goal, things work out. When you focus on what you want, you attract it into your life. It's astonishing to realize how the universe has subtly shaped my character, instilling the very qualities I once yearned for. This is just the beginning. There's a whole lot more to achieve, a lot of things to do and a lot of places to be, still. Stuck in same salary since 2022 mid.
Feels like I am stuck. I know the only way out is to grind and get out. Not asking for sympathy but just asking given my recent few commitments towards my family (Just got blessed with a daughter, I don’t wanna compromise on missing her childhood days by just focusing on ny career growth) To be honest sometimes I feel I am burnt out too. Running this race. Sometimes the inner voice says one more last try. Anyone else feels the same? Anything you guys want me to point to? Coming to the details YOE:11 Total Comp: 61 LPA(56 fixed) Edit I joined mid Oct 2022 to this current firm. Hence I missed 2023 hike. And 2024 they are saying hikes would be pretty minimal too. Thoughts? Suggestions? I just wanted to veng out. Period. Views and Criticisms(constructive) are welcome.
Looking for Flexible Work Location (Automotive Domain)
We’ve recently been blessed with a baby, and I am currently at my hometown to be close to family support. As my little one is very young and needs my constant care, relocating far from home is not feasible at this stage. I am therefore looking for opportunities with companies that offer flexibility in terms of work location. Even if the position is based at another location (e.g., Pune), I would be open to it as long as I can work from the company’s office that is closer to my hometown or whichever location is manageable during this phase of motherhood. If anyone is aware of companies in the automotive domain that provide such flexibility, I would be truly grateful for your guidance or recommendations. As a new mother, I’m learning to give my best to both — my baby and my career — and I believe with the right support, I can continue to grow professionally while being present for the most important phase of my child’s life.
