Well-known global agency group but the role description is entirely generic and lacks specific requirements or project details.
The JD is extremely vague, containing only company overview and culture information without specific responsibilities or requirements.

GroupM - WPP
Can anyone tell why digital marketing and advertising agencies like GroupM and WPP pay so little to their employees. I mean Digital Marketing and Advertising professionals with 5+ years of experience in Brand Management - Client Servicing team doesn't even get 10 lacs. Such big companies with such big clients and that less CTC? I am curious how much a VP or Director level professional would earn in such agencies?
