All you need is a really good office infrastructure where you can take a shower at the office gym and get fresh at the office washroom. All you need is a big office laptop bag to carry your belongings. You can crash at some shopping mall or at your friend's house if you want a break. For food you can have food at the office canteen or outside. For sleep some offices have bunker beds for night shift employees or maybe just carry a sneak in under the table if sleeping pods are not available. This is still a rough plan, but I think it is possible and some people who I personally know have done it for a couple of months. Do share your thoughts 🧐
