HCL Infra role (Hybrid NCR) – need honest feedback
Hi all, I’ve received a verbal offer confirmation from HCL for an Azure Infra role with ~28–29 LPA CTC. The work model shared is hybrid – around 12 days per month from NCR, rest remote. I’m currently based in Bangalore with family, and my concern is long-term work quality and sustainability, not just compensation. I’ve heard mixed feedback about some Infra projects being monitoring-heavy and that location transfer later may not always be easy. Looking for honest experiences from current/former HCL Infra engineers on work quality, growth, and feasibility of this hybrid model long-term. Thanks in advance.
