Must haves
- 7-12+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or consulting
- Experience closing $1M+ services deals
- Hands-on understanding of SDLC, cloud migrations, and infrastructure operations
- Experience designing solutions with AI integration and agent workflows
- Ability to build defensible pricing models
- Strong English communication skills for senior stakeholder presentations
