Need advice: Joined Quess Corp but no salary yet
Hi everyone, I recently joined a staffing company for a telecom client. I completed onboarding and have an official offer letter. However, I haven’t received my first salary yet. HR mentioned that salary will be processed only after deployment to the client project, and I’m currently still waiting for deployment. Also, I haven’t received an ID card, laptop, or seen any PF activation so far. Is this normal in staffing companies? Has anyone faced a similar situation regarding delayed salary or onboarding? Would really appreciate your insights. Thanks!
