Hi everyone, I recently got to know about a program called ATLAS in Amazon for INDIA and MENA region people. This program helps you convert from non-tech to Tech(SDE) with a full learning course and assessment. The catch here is that your business leader should approve your org participation, and I don't know who my business leader is, I'm from the testing team. I have a manager and my manager has a manager, I have a manager(L6) who is the head of all the testing org and the manager also has a manager(SDM - L7). The questions are, Who is my business leader ? What to do if my business leader is on vacation and the end date for a nomination is within 3 days ? What to do if my manager is not approved my participation and delaying the nomination ?
