Must haves
- 10+ years professional experience in UX/Product Design
- Experience in complex product surfaces or verticals
- Exposure to high-density workflow-intensive enterprise applications

- Experience scaling reusable design systems
- Leadership in mentoring designers and conducting design reviews
- High proficiency in Figma
