Must haves
- Law degree and admission in at least one recognized jurisdiction
- 8+ years of legal experience with focus on construction/infrastructure projects
- Experience negotiating EPC/EPCM agreements
- Experience counseling project teams on live-project issues
- Experience managing outside counsel across multiple jurisdictions
- Knowledge of FIDIC or other major standard forms
