Must haves
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in semiconductor technology development or foundry management
- Strong understanding of yield enhancement techniques and data analysis
- Hands-on leadership experience in development or production ramp-up
- Deep knowledge of CMOS, Silicon Photonics processes, and device physics
- Proficiency in FMEA, 8D, SPC, Control Plan, and Six Sigma
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin
