Must haves
- 8+ years experience building large-scale distributed systems
- 3+ years experience owning backend architecture for a sizable platform
- Deep expertise in Node.js/TypeScript for high-performance systems
- Proven experience with complex processing pipelines and code generation workflows
- Strong experience with distributed systems architecture and event-driven systems
- Proven expertise building and scaling WebSocket servers for real-time collaboration
- Track record of performance optimization in high-concurrency environments
Tools and skills
Nice to have: llm apis, embeddings, ast manipulation, compiler development, react.
