It takes me a lot of courage to confess that in spite of 6 YoE in multiple domains and various roles from associate level to Project Manager role, I am ending my TCS career at 2.6 LPA which I started from 2 LPA in 2019 without any offer in hand. Whatever interview calls I am receiving, either they are not comfortable to take me for degrade role (customer representative, associate, etc.) OR I am not matching with salary criteria of managerial role due to Salary bracket.
