Must haves
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience
- At least 2 years owning HR for a US-based company
- Hands-on experience with a major US PEO platform
- Strong US HR benefits and compliance fluency
- Deep knowledge of India statutory HR compliance
- Direct employee relations experience
- Ability to work evening IST hours
