Life is becoming tiring

I have been working in the corporate world for the past 4years. I am a 2023 grad, yes 4years wont be counted then since it was an internship, but I worked my ass off during my internship time as well. Coming from a middle class family, my father retired when I was in my 1st year. I had to support my family. Was managing my college and internship during my 3rd and 4th year. Came to Bangalore after my college and I have been here for the past 2years. Right now, I don’t know why, but all these things , every moment makes me feel tiring. I am not a very socially loud person, and my social life in Bangalore has been terrible. I get a feeling everyday that I am becoming more of a machine with a fixed schedule. I used to love coding. But right now i dont enjoy doing it. My passion for it is fading away and I dont want that to happen. I have been diagnosed with cholesterol and fatty liver and i am just 24yrs old. Months after months I am just following the same routine, doing the same thing. I am not enjoying it anymore. Plus the tension of sustaining family back in hometown also piles up. I know there are others, may be struggling far more than me. But i think I am not able to handle this anymore. Pls help me understand how do you guys help yourself in this kindof days

Layoffs are suddenly cool

That's it. That's the reason. No recession, no lack of profits. Till now, layoffs were a sign of a weak corporation and something shameful. A company doing layoffs meant they were on the verge of a collapse but now its socially acceptable. Instead of being ashamed, some companies are cleverly using the layoffs to portray themselves as the victim and as it gains more and more acceptability, more and more companies are using lay offs as cost cutting measures and jumping on the bandwagon before its too late.

Moving to Noida- Need help

Hello all, I’m moving to Noida for a new job and I want some recommendations on which localities to chose for accommodation. The office is near Electronic City metro station and would prefer my place to be near, preferably walking around sector 62. If anyone can guide if that area is safe and socially appropriate for an outsider to live. Open to know rental spaces availability.
