Must haves
- 3+ years hands-on Python production-grade engineering
- Experience building production systems with LLMs and RAG
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks like LangGraph or CrewAI
- Expertise in AWS-native AI services like Bedrock and SageMaker
- Direct experience working with enterprise customers in a technical capacity
- Track record of shipping AI features into production
