  • MS/M-Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 8 years relevant experience
  • PhD with 4 years relevant experience
  • Experience with deep submicron, FinFET, and SOI
  • Characterization experience with industry standard tools (NLDM, CCS, ECSM)
  • Fluency in English
