Must haves
- 2+ years experience in SOC/NOC, systems administration, or IT support
- Experience with server management (Windows, Linux)
- Experience with network devices (firewalls, routers, switches)
- Strong understanding of server management and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work day, evening, and night shifts
